Medical has put enormous time, energy and expense into
fine-tuning the process to meet each client’s specific needs.
From the time that we receive a request to delivery of a signed
report, we use a combination of hands-on personal service and technology
to provide our client with the fastest, most-precise product available
in the industry. Our proprietary information collection, processing
and distribution systems are state of the art, allowing us to streamline
our operation and ensure comfort in the use of electronic transmission
of reports, shaving time and expense from the communication process.
We are able to track work in progress and capable of producing internal
and external reporting on a daily, weekly or monthly basis in a
form that is directly responsive to our clients’ internal
needs. Unlike most of our clients, information we receive from our
client is scanned and stored by our state of the art document imaging
system.
With
recent concern about the safety of important documents, we believe
that our imaging capability offers an added bonus for our clients.
Of course, all notices are prepared, sent and stored in a manner
that is most useful for arbitration purposes and
reports are scanned with the file and are stored on discs for seven
years.
Perhaps
most importantly, our principals and senior executives are actively
involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, from file
intake to quality control. They are fully dedicated to making sure
that our clients are satisfied.
